The secret to the blue?
Phycocyanin aka Blue spirulina, it is derived from algae and is super good for you. It contains vitamin B, protein, minerals, carotenoids and antioxidants that aids with cell protection.
- 1.5 Frozen Banana
- 1 Scoop white choc protein powder
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 splash of nut milk
- Passion Fruit
- Coconut Flakes
Swirl a bit of coconut yoghurt through the base at the end in a circular motion to make white swirls.
